Use PDF Tools

- Open the PDF Tools tab (/workroom?tab=pdf-tools).
- Choose: Merge (combine multiple PDFs), Split (divide into pages), Compress (reduce file size), or Extract Text (copy text from PDF).
- Upload the PDF files and run the tool.
Use Image Tools

- Open the Image Tools tab (/workroom?tab=image-tools).
- Choose: AI Generate (create from a text prompt), Stock Images (browse free photos), or Assets (manage saved images).
- Use the result in your document, proposal, or presentation.
All Documents tab
View every document you have created. Navigate here by saying "go to all documents" or using /workroom?tab=all.
Past tab
Documents from past projects or completed work. Navigate with /workroom?tab=past.
In Progress tab
Active and current documents you are working on right now. Navigate with /workroom?tab=present.
Future / Plans tab
Documents for upcoming projects, plans, and future ideas. Navigate with /workroom?tab=future.
Templates tab
Reusable document templates. Start new documents faster from a template instead of blank. Navigate with /workroom?tab=templates.
Shared With Me tab
Documents that collaborators have shared with you. Navigate with /workroom?tab=shared.
Export from AI tab
Documents generated or exported by the AI. Check here after asking AI to create a document for you. Navigate with /workroom?tab=export.
PDF Tools tab
Tools for working with PDF files: merge multiple PDFs into one, split a PDF into separate pages, compress a PDF to reduce file size, and extract text content from a PDF. Navigate with /workroom?tab=pdf-tools.
Image Tools tab
Tools for images and visual assets: generate AI images from prompts, search and browse stock images, and manage your reusable image assets for documents and presentations. Navigate with /workroom?tab=image-tools.
