1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SocialAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SocialAI is a productivity and social platform providing: social networking features (posts, messaging, groups), AI-powered health and fitness tracking, calendar and task management, marketplace for buying and selling goods and services, and business tools and analytics.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: provide accurate information, maintain your account security, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have parental permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, send spam, impersonate others, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, collect user data without consent, or engage in illegal transactions.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for operating the Service. Content must not be illegal, harmful, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, or misleading. We may remove violating content without notice.
6. Marketplace Terms
SocialAI provides a platform for buying and selling. We are not a party to transactions. Users are responsible for: listing accuracy, order fulfillment, legal compliance, taxes, and dispute resolution. Prohibited items include: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials. We may charge transaction fees.
7. Subscription Services
We offer paid plans (Pro/Elite) with additional features. By subscribing you agree to: pay fees, automatic renewal unless cancelled, and provide accurate payment info. Cancel anytime; takes effect at billing period end. No partial refunds. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and original content are owned by SocialAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialAI and its officers, directors, employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
